Does VapeCave Have a retail store?
Unfortunately, we do not have a physical retail shop. We work out of a warehouse and we are unable to offer pickups.

All orders have a processing time of 24-72 hours
You may not return consumable items. This includes, but is not limited to: liquid products, coils/pods, cartridges, mods, and batteries. Any item deemed consumable is non refundable. Billing Validation All credit card billing address information you provide must match in our system with that of the cardholder.
If the information does not match, your order will be declined. Credit Card Validation For the protection of card holders and our company, orders that appear fraudulent may be put on hold for manual review. If necessary, a Customer Service Representative will call you to verify the order.
If we are unable to reach you at the provided phone number or email address within a reasonable period of time, the order will be cancelled. Manual review may delay the shipment and delivery of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order before it is shipped.
Refusal or Limit of service Due to the nature of internet sales, we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. If you feel your refusal of service was unnecessary, please contact our Customer Service team at Vape Cave.
Every order needs to placed online then we post your order with Australia Post!
Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number via email.

All orders will be shipped within 1 business day of being placed. Same day dispatch if ordered by 1 pm (AEST)
Orders under $70 using regular post - $7.60
Orders under $100 using express post - $10.55
Order over $70 using regular post - Free
Order over $100 using express post - Free
Please note: If you select the express post option and you have purchased batteries as part of your order, this will be sent via regular post due to Australia Post regulations.
Regular Parcel Post can take up to 5 - 7 business days from being sent, you will be provided with a tracking number once the order is shipped.
Express Post orders can take up to 1 - 3 business days depending on location
